Hair problem?

Hello reader's. It feels so good by seeing your response towards my blog. It feels so nice to read how ayurveda is bringing difference to your life. 

One of my regular reader asked me to share some ayurvedic remedies for hair problem. So here I am writing about it. 

We all face hair problem everyday and I'm not gonna talk about problem because we all are well aware about the problem's , let's talk about solution. 

Before proceeding I want you to know that we all have different bodies and different lifestyle. Some things will work for you some will not so if something is not working go for the next one. A problem has so many solutions we just have to look which solution is best for us. 

Show some patience, explore and stick to what fits you best. 

Let's talk about some herbs that may overcome your hair problem. 

Let's start with- BHRINGRAJ

Benefits of Bhringraj

Most of us are familiar with this herb. If you want to attain healthy and voluminous hair say yes to Bhringraj Plant. 

•It treats- dandruff
                 - hair loss
                 - promote hair growth
                 - delays premature graying of the hair
                 - for acne and blemishes

•This plant is great alternative to chemically
 infused  products, particularly for hair loss

•The herb is rich in antioxidant  minerals and vitamins. It has adequate amount of nutrients that when applied to scalp results in nourished hair follicles which leads to hair growth. (Because of increased blood circulation) 

ALOPECIA

It is a hair condition where hair falls out of scalp in patches and this is due to production of stress hormone. 
This condition can be treated by the use of Bhringraj plant. 

•Dandruff- a major hair issue. 
 It causes itchiness and rashes that would weaken the hair Roots and leads to hair fall.

 Dandruff may turn hair greasy when sebum tries to treat it. Overproduction of sebum leads to oily and greasy scalp. 
All of this  contribute to hair breakage and hair loss. 

• you can purchase Bhringraj Plant online and also from local Ayurvedic stores. Make sure you purchase it in authentic form. 
Many natural products like Bhringraj oil,  hair pack etc are available, you can also consume it orally. ( Under the guidance of an Ayurvedic physician) 

•Add amla powder, Bhringraj, Brahmi powder- make paste and apply to your hair. 

•Add amla juice in your diet. 

This was all about how bhringraj is useful for hair problem. Now let's talk about the next herb. 

Benefits of Shikakai

It is also termed aa hair-fruit. It promoted
• hair growth
• reduces hair fall
• controls dandruff
• relieves skin ailments

As a natural surfactant, it cleanses the hair follicles, removes greasiness and makes hair softer and shinier. 

TIP-1:
• Boil 2-3 tbsp of shikakai powder in 2 cups of Water. 
•Add honey and make a semi liquid paste. 
•Apply this paste and rinse hair with water 

Try this remedy twice a week. 

TIP-2: Relief from dandruff and lice
• Boil shikakai pods in water
• Filter and squeeze half a lemon in it. 

Wash hair regularly with this water. 

TIP-3: For stronger and thicker hair
• Make a paste of shikakai powder with fresh yoghurt and apply to hair and scalp. 

• Allow it remain for 20-30 min and rinse with cold water. 

- Shikakai provides the essential oil and vitamins necessary for growth. 
- It strengthens the hair from roots, prevent split ends, breakage and hair fall. 

A TRADITIONAL REMEDY TO ALL YOUR HAIR WOES. 

Stop using chemical infuses products. Our lifestyle, poor diet, stress, dirt, pollution attributes to hair problem's. 

Switch to natural products. Nature provides is with every solution we just have to trust the process show some patience and keep switching towards natural system of medicine.
