FIRST STEP UNDER DINCHARYA

As the title say’s, let’s take a step towards health by knowing the importance of the first two karya's of Dincharya. Waking up in BrahmaMahurata Most of us are not a morning person but waking up in the   Brahma mahurata that is between 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM will lead   us accomplishing our goals and  good health. When we wake up early we get extra hours in the morning. The amount of work that a person does in 4 hours at any other time of the day, he/she will be able to complete it in just two hours  in the morning. Now this was just an example but trust me I have observed this myself. It’s ok to be lazy some days but not every day. Studies have shown that our brain works more efficiently in the morning than at night. We all have busy routines. I could not think of any other title than this. We all had such a hard time during this pandemic and our health has suffered a lot.  ARE YOU HEALTHY?  Yes, I agree people have become aware about their health but think about it - are you really healthy?
