  I'm back with the next blog. I hope those who really want to take a step towards good health by adopting ayurveda are bringing changes in their routine.  So how was your experience of waking up in Brahma Mahurata? Still struggling with it? As I told you earlier this is the most difficult step under dincharya.  Nowadays, lifestyle is the major factor that affect a person's  health. We all are so tied up with our work and we prefer it over everything else.   It is okay being tied up with things but time management is very important and make sure your routine, your work load is not effecting your mental health.  Along with other responsibilities it is important to have 'ME TIME'. Never forget to give some time to yourself and performing an activity you love, whether it is cooking or reading or gardening or dancing or whatever, it is very important to have some spare time for yourself.
