DinCharya

We all have busy routines. We give preference to our work and we don't have time for ourselves.

So in today's blog let's discuss how one can improve day to day life by bringing a little change in their routines.

DINCHARYA IN VEDA'S

Our veda's  have described how one should start the day and the karya's (activities) one should practice in the morning.
Some of us are aware of productive morning routines and some must be practicing the karya's described in Veda's
The routine mentioned below is little difficult to follow but in my upcoming blog's I will help you with how you can adopt that karya as a habit and will be explaining each point in detail.

THE KARYA'S

•Wake-up in Brahma Mahurata i.e. between 4:00am-6:00am

•Passing the urges

•Brushing teeth(Daatun)

•Nasal instillation of oil(nasya)

•Oil pulling in mouth (Gandusha)

• Exercise (Vyayama)

•Oil application and body massage

•Bathing (Snana)

•Breakfast (Annapana)

I know what you are thinking ,have patience and keep reading.
Some of you must be aware of some of the above mentioned activities.
Some of you must be laughing, "oil pulling, body massage, oil instillation. No, I can't do that"and most of you will be like " I'm not a morning person ".

If you really want to be healthy and don't want to visit your doctor frequently trust me this will help. So how these karya's can bring change in your health will be explained in detail. The upcoming blogs will clear all your doubts and if I miss on something please don't hesitate to send me a mail. I'm all ears to the suggestions given by my readers.

Will be sharing details of Brahma Mahurata and Passing the urges very soon.

THANK YOU FOR READING.
